Job Title: Sales Representative - Major Unit Sales - New/Used
Reports to: Sales Manager

- Job Summary
The major unit salesperson is responsible for assisting customers in helping them make a purchase.
- Objectives
To help customers make an educated purchase, as well as creating a friendly environment.
- Essential Functions
- Meets and greets customers from a service-oriented perspective.
- Learn and use company approved sales process with every sales opportunity.
- Log names and numbers of customers encountered on a daily basis.
- Follow up with customers on a daily basis (email, text, calls).
- Familiar with product and services sold at the dealership in order to present the features and benefits of products to customers.
- Project positive image to customers at all times.
- Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole.
- Professional appearance.
- On top of OEM training programs, videos, and tests.
- 5 new logs & 25 outbound contacts per day.
- Requirements and Skills
- Computer Literate.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Physical Factors/Working Conditions
- Must be able to push and pull motorcycles and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
